How to Hide Instagram Activity Status on iPhone
Similar to WhatsApp, Instagram can also display the status of a user's activity. This status will appear on the direct messages (DM) page, where the status will appear at the bottom of the user's Instagram name.

If you are a person who is quite concerned about privacy, then it's a good idea to turn off this feature. Fortunately, Instagram provides an option for users if they don't want to see the status of their activities.

Hide Instagram Activity Status on iPhone
- Open the Instagram app.
- Tap the profile page in the lower right corner.
- Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right corner, then tap Settings.
- Tap the Privacy option.
- Tap ops Activity Status.
- Tap (Off) on the Show Activity Status option.
