Mute SMS on iMessages on iPhone
- Open the Messages app.
- In the conversation list, swipe left on the conversation you want to mute.
- Tap on the cross option on the bell to enable mute on the related conversation.
- Done.
After the process is complete, then the related conversation has been muted. In the future, you will no longer find notifications from the conversation, this is also useful when you want to mute messages that are quite annoying such as spam.
