To hide suggestions in the Share Sheet on iPhone
When you want to share something, a share sheet and contact suggestions are displayed at the top.
These contacts that are usually displayed are usually people who interact with you frequently.
In fact, this feature has been around since iOS 13, and unfortunately there is no way to get rid of it. Fortunately, since iOS 14, Apple offers an option to remove this contact suggestion.

Hide suggestions from the Share Sheet on iPhone.
- Go to Settings.
- Swipe until you find the "Siri & Search" option.
- Swipe over the "Suggestion when sharing" option (Off).
