How to Enable Microphone when Screen Recording on iPhone
Since iOS 11, Apple added a new feature where you can do screen recording without the need for 3rd party apps.
This screen recording will record the screen and existing sound, in addition to the sound on the iPhone, you can also record external sound with a microphone.
By default, the microphone is not active on screen recording. Therefore, you need to activate it first.

- Open the Control Centre and make sure there is a screen recording option. If not, then you need to add it via Settings > Control Centre.
- Tap hold on the screen recording option.
- Tap (On) on the Microphone option.
