On Twitter, you can add alternative text to images you upload to help your followers understand what you are sharing.
The method for adding Alt text to images you upload to Twitter is almost the same on iOS and Android.

To add alternative text to Twitter
- Open Twitter.
- Create a new tweet as usual and add the required image.
- Tap the +ALT option at the bottom of the picture.
- Enter a description to describe the image you are uploading. Tap Done if you are done.
- [Tap the Tweet option to add words to the tweet or post it directly.
- Images to which you have added Alt text will display an ALT symbol over the image.
