Download GamePigeon through the App Store.

• Open one of the conversations in iMessage, and then you will find the GamePigeon icon at the top of the keyboard.
• There are several types of games that you can play in multiplayer. Choose the one you want.
• Finally, tap Send to send the request to your friends.

Then you just have to wait for your friend to accept the request. Since all these games are multi-player, the game will not start until your friend accepts the request.
